DAC is a presenter of the arts including,
- Gallery Shows -- local artists, touring shows and emerging regional
artists
- Performances -- internationally acclaimed dance companies and
musical groups; theatre; poetry and book readings; and regional
music groups
- Arts Education for adults and children -- dance; painting;
sculpture; jewelry; lectures; film; art history; After School
Programs; Summer Art Camps; Creativity Festivity
DAC owns/operates the Community Arts Building
providing,
Affordable office and meeting space for the Durango Repertory Theatre
Company, Childrens Museum, Durango Community Access Television,
and others. The public can purchase fine arts in the Barbara Conrad
Gallery and other fine arts, crafts, books and other items in our
Gallery Shop.
DAC functions as an Arts Council
Partnering with the city to administer grants for the many arts
groups in the community. Nuturing startup arts organizations and
events. Produce and distribute the Artsline newsletter and other
information on the arts. Sell tickets to many community arts events
and performances.

performances
