SILK SCREEN WORKSHOP WITH LARRY BASKY
Saturday and Sunday May 17 & 18 Fri Night Lecture May 16 This workshop is filling fast and we have made April 25 the cut-off date for signing up so that Larry can have enough screens made for all the students. If you wish to take this workshop, please sign up NOW to assure a place for yourself. The class is open to all levels of experience and will be a lot of fun! The opportunity to study with a nationally recognized teacher at this price is rare. Larry is a printmaker and painter currently from Plymouth, Wisconsin. He teaches workshops and shows his work around the US, and will be having a show in our own Art Library Gallery in May and June. Larry will be teaching several printing methods, including a reduction technique,drawing fluid and screen filler stencil and freezer paper stencil. All inks are water-based and non-toxic. Screens will be provided for a $25 materials fee. Workshop fee for the weekend is $100.
